Your territory

As part of our Data team, you will:

  • Lead our business data analytics team, enabling Tractive to make faster, smarter, and truly data-driven decisions across the entire business.
  • Translate business challenges into data-driven insights, covering Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Finance, Logistics, Product and Customer Support.
  • Supervise the design of impactful dashboards and reports that empower stakeholders to make smarter, faster decisions.
  • Analyze results, recommend actions and support company-wide decisions Ensure robust data preparation, cleaning, and modeling processes — laying the foundation for trustworthy analytics.
  • Work in a data-driven, innovative company and take ownership of a domain that leverages data to drive success.

  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level.

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience in mentoring and leading analytics teams, with a track record of growing people and delivering impact
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and/or data warehouses (e.g. Redshift, BigQuery, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Python experience is a plus
  • Expertise with BI & visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality and best practices in data analytics
  • Familiarity with web tracking and digital analytics (GA4, GTM, affiliates, attribution)
  • Very good English skills
