Your Role
- Translate business and user needs into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Design all screens and states with attention to hierarchy, accessibility, and consistency.
- Document processes, flows, and specifications for developers and testers.
- Create or apply components and patterns in the Design System, contributing to its evolution.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and user research.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure quality and consistent implementation.
- English: solid knowledge.
- At least one local language: Dutch and/or French.
- Expectation: 50% on-site & 50% remote work.
- Strong UX/UI experience for native mobile apps and responsive web.
- Proficiency with Figma and design systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Ability to design interactive physical interfaces (kiosks, platforms...).
- Experience in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Structured, autonomous, collaborative, and quality-oriented.
- Strong communicator with user empathy.
- Knowledge of banking or fintech environment.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Ability to present and defend designs to technical and business teams.
