Job description :
Design and deliver user-centered, consistent, and accessible digital experiences.
Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive flows for mobile and web products.
Collaborate with cross-functional squads (Product Owner, Developers, Business/Technical Analysts, Marketing).
Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the Design System.
Document flows and specifications to guide developers and testers.
Iterate designs based on feedback and user research.
Ensure quality and consistency in implementation.
Work environment: Within a multicultural and multi-squad team at the customer’s premises.
You have at least 2 years of proven experience in the field of UX/UI design.
You are passionate about creating intuitive and inclusive user experiences and have initial experience as a UI/UX Designer in a complex organizational environment.

Job description :
Design and deliver user-centered, consistent, and accessible digital experiences.
Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive flows for mobile and web products.
Collaborate with cross-functional squads (Product Owner, Developers, Business/Technical Analysts, Marketing).

Ensure quality and consistency in implementation.
- Work schedule: Fulltime
- Telework: 50% on site & 50% homeworking
- Technical environment: Figma, Design Systems, Accessibility standards (WCAG), Mobile native & Responsive Web, Agile/Scrum.
- Expected deliverables: Flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, documentation, contribution to the Design System.
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Brussels
You have at least 2 years of proven experience in the field of UX/UI design.
You are passionate about creating intuitive and inclusive user experiences and have initial experience as a UI/UX Designer in a complex organizational environment.
In order to carry out this assignment successfully, you must be proficient in:
- Technologies: Figma, responsive design, mobile native interfaces, inclusive and accessible design (WCAG).
- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum workflows, iterative design process.
- Business knowledge: Large organizations with multiple stakeholders (corporate, governmental, or similar). Experience in online banking is a plus.
- Certifications: UX/UI, Accessibility, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven?
- Proactive and autonomous, yet collaborative and open to feedback?
- A strong communicator, able to defend your design choices while listening to others?
- Empathetic, with a user-focused mindset?
- Comfortable in a multicultural and multi-squad environment?
