What will you work on:

• ISMS Framework Development: Assist in creating and maintaining ISO 27001-aligned documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Governance & Compliance: Support internal audits, risk assessments, and the development of security controls in line with NIS2, DORA, and other frameworks.
• Knowledge Repository: Build and structure a central knowledge base of templates, standards, and best practices for client projects.
• Content Creation: Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, client-ready documents, reports, and presentations.
• Enhancing AI: Improve the functionality and effectiveness of our internal AI-powered tool used for generating client-facing documents and proposals, specifically within the context of Cybersecurity services and solutions.
• Business Development Support: Contribute to proposals, sales materials, and market analyses focused on ISMS and security governance services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with consultants on live client assignments, gaining hands-on experience in ISMS design and cybersecurity risk management.

What do you need:

• Background in Cybersecurity, Information Management, or IT Governance (academic or practical).
• Strong interest in ISO 27001, NIS2, and governance frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure and document processes clearly.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Curiosity and drive – you enjoy working autonomously while contributing to a growing team.
• Experience writing a thesis, research paper, or project on cybersecurity, governance, or compliance is highly valued.
• Permit to work in Belgium.
