Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather business requirements from management and product-related roles, engaging with Finance and Data departments.
• Promote and ensure adoption of delivered dashboards within the Tribe.
• Define and implement compliant ETL processes for secure and efficient data ingestion.
• Organize and execute data migration plans from legacy systems to new database environments.
• Ensure data integrity, traceability, and performance optimization throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Understand the financial drivers of the Product Tribe and provide actionable insights to support steering and decision-making.
• Identify data sources, perform data preparation, queries, automation, and scheduling.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.

Experience Required :

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, mathematics, engineering, commercial engineering) or equivalent experience in analytics.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Strong expertise in data preparation, ETL design, automation, and Tableau dashboard development.
• Preferable: SQL, SAS, Oracle Exadata/ExaCC.
• Strong financial management knowledge – understanding financial drivers of a Product Tribe and providing insights for decision-making.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including requirement gathering, collaboration with Finance/Data departments, and promoting dashboard adoption.
• Preferable: Knowledge of daily banking products (debit cards, credit cards, cash accounts, savings accounts).
