We are looking for a Senior Product Owner for our Elements Cloud Domain.
Elements Cloud is the R&D unit where capabilities for our Elements Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solution and product support for associated Co-security services are being developed. As a Product Owner, you will serve as the crucial link between customers, business stakeholders, and development teams. You will be the bridge between our vision and execution, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will work closely with the development teams that are developing and maintaining the technical solutions for your domain. You will be the go-to expert on our product backlog, ensuring that the team's focus remains on the most impactful and valuable tasks that truly benefit our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Focus: Lead and facilitate team planning sessions to align objectives with customer expectations and feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Backlog Management: Manage the team backlog to ensure it aligns with the product vision, roadmap and stakeholder requirements
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with other Product Owners and with different teams within WithSecure, such as security researchers, threat analysts, product managers, architects, and QA, to drive agile product delivery
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance product quality and maximize flow
- Solid knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) business models
- Proven track record of working in a SaaS company, with demonstrable success in driving growth, with deep understanding of SaaS KPIs and lifecycle metrics
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, transformers, or multimodal models
- Demonstrated success in shipping GenAI-powered products or features
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid foundation in Agile principles, methodologies and tools, to help guide and mentor the team
- Designing, implementing and maintaining roadmaps is something you enjoy
- You can express yourself concisely in English, whilst capturing the essential and relevant elements, also for non-technical stakeholders
- You are known for your can-do attitude
- You understand security concepts and know how to translate them into the product design
- Interest and experience in Cyber Security
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure, with growing focus on Google Cloud
- Certified in SAFe or similar Agile frameworks
