Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) / HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering an exceptional workplace culture. This position will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, managing employee performance, developing incentive programs, and coordinating cultural and team-building events. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and highly organized, capable of balancing strategic HR planning with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs, define role requirements, and design job descriptions.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions by using innovative sourcing strategies.
Performance Management
- Drive the performance review process, including setting performance expectations, conducting regular feedback sessions, and annual reviews.
- Support managers with coaching and tools to help them effectively manage and develop their teams.
- Identify opportunities for employee growth and recommend training and development programs to foster professional development.
Incentive and Compensation Management
- Design and implement incentive programs that align with organizational goals and motivate high performance.
- Oversee compensation strategies to ensure competitive and fair pay practices that attract and retain top talent.
- Monitor and adjust incentive plans based on business performance and industry trends.
Culture and Employee Engagement
- Organize and execute cultural and team-building events to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Act as a champion of the company’s values and a trusted resource for employees, promoting open communication and inclusivity.
- Develop and manage initiatives that foster engagement, job satisfaction, and a sense of belonging within the organization.
HR Operations and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage HR-related documents, including contracts and confidentiality agreements.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in leading recruitment and cultural activities for an fast-growing organization
- Demonstrated success in previous similar role in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven track record in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment, performance management, and cultural initiatives within an organization between 100 and 300 employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of labor laws, best practices in employee relations, and experience in developing compensation strategies.
