Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technical standards for iOS mobile development.
• Define and govern the mobile technology stack and integration patterns with backend services.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance readiness for all mobile solutions.
• Contribute to rapid prototyping and development for quick-win projects (2-4 weeks), supporting approaches like vibe coding.
• Mentor and support the mobile developers in the Factory squads.
• Required Experience: 10+ years in mobile application development, with at least 5 years as an Architect or Lead focused exclusively on iOS.
• Technical Skillsets:
• Mobile: Expert proficiency in iOS development using Swift (required) and Objective-C (strong asset).
• Architecture: Deep knowledge of mobile architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, VIPER), secure data handling, and performance tuning on iOS.
• Tooling: Experience with Apple's development ecosystem (Xcode, TestFlight, etc.).
• Integration: Strong understanding of backend service integration patterns for mobile clients.
• Language: French Speaking
