About the Role:
As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will play a vital role in shaping the look and feel of our digital platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your design portfolio, work on real-world projects, and contribute to an impactful mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Design Development:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile platforms.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with Babylon's brand identity.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the development team to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align designs with organizational goals.
- Testing & Iteration:
- Conduct usability testing to refine designs and improve user experience.
- Continuously iterate based on feedback and emerging design trends.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Education: Students or recent graduates in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
- Attributes:
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Passionate about enhancing user experiences and multiculturalism.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Able to commit to a 3-6 month internship with flexible hours.
