Graphic Designer – Work Winning Team
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our collaborative Work Winning team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with technical skills in Adobe InDesign, a passion for visual storytelling, and a commitment to excellence in design.
As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to the development of high-quality proposal documents and presentations that reflect our brand and support our success in securing new projects.

Graphic Designer – Work Winning Team
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our collaborative Work Winning team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with technical skills in Adobe InDesign, a passion for visual storytelling, and a commitment to excellence in design.
As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to the development of high-quality proposal documents and presentations that reflect our brand and support our success in securing new projects.

Responsibilities
- Format and enhance proposals using Adobe InDesign, integrating content from Word and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve PowerPoint presentations for clarity and brand alignment.
- Create and update infographics, diagrams, and visual assets.
- Maintain and update bid libraries, templates, and other design resources.
- Use Adobe Photoshop for basic image modifications.
- Consistently apply company brand guidelines across all materials
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and CC Libraries.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, respond to feedback constructively, and follow design direction.
- Willingness to learn new tools and software (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Organized and methodical design process, with regular progress updates and a proactive approach to feedback.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and technical design work Desired Skills
- Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and collaborative platforms such as SharePoint or Microsoft Teams.
- Prior experience in an office-based graphic design role.
- Relevant degree/qualification or equivalent work experience (desirable).
