Employee Relations Specialist / Employment Investigator
Minimum 6 Month Contract (Hybrid, Dublin City Centre)
Salary Range: €110,000 - €117,000 per annum
A fantastic opportunity has opened with a leading global technology company for an experienced Employment Investigator to join their Employee Relations team. This is a pivotal role managing complex, high-risk workplace investigations across EMEA, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance while influencing senior leaders on people decisions.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end investigations on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy breaches.
- Conducting fair, objective interviews and preparing detailed investigation summaries.
- Advising senior leaders and HR partners on findings and recommended actions.
- Partnering with Legal and HR to balance business needs with compliance.
- Identifying systemic issues and shaping proactive solutions, training, and leadership modules.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years' HR experience, with 5+ years focused on complex Employee Relations and investigations.
- Deep knowledge of employment law and best practices in investigations.
- Strong analytical, judgement, and influencing skills.
- Experience coaching leaders and resolving sensitive ER issues.
- Global exposure preferred; advanced qualifications (MBA/MA/JD) advantageous.
The Offer
- Initial 6-month contract with strong potential to extend.
- Hybrid model - 50% office / 50% home.
- Dublin city centre location.
