What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead and contribute to a wide range of activities that blend research, technical support, and operational excellence:
Innovation & Development
- Explore and assess new raw materials and alternative fuels to support cleaner production.
- Drive the development of low-carbon cement technologies and sustainable product solutions.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Collaborate with technical teams to support customers and ensure product performance.
- Investigate and resolve technical queries, helping shape market-ready innovations.
Production & Process Support
- Conduct advanced testing and analysis to support manufacturing improvements.
- Use data-driven insights to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Lab Operations & Safety
- Oversee laboratory testing, equipment maintenance, and consumables management.
- Ensure safety compliance and liaise with external labs and service providers.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong lab experience, especially with powder and wet chemistry techniques.
- A solid foundation in chemistry, materials science, or geology.
