Head of Data

You will be responsible for defining and executing the corporate data strategy, ensuring that data is leveraged effectively across the organization. You will solve complex business problems, identify opportunities for growth, and provide leadership to a talented data team. You will act as the bridge between business strategy and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the corporate data strategy aligned with the overall business vision.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing data team.
• Oversee data governance, quality, and management processes.
• Solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches.
• Explore and identify new opportunities for business growth using advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the effective use of Microsoft data platforms (Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, Excel, etc.) to support business operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in data management or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading and developing data teams.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft suite of data platforms (Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, Excel, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute corporate data strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
