Role Overview

We're seeking a Product Manager to lead our product strategy and drive the evolution of our Disaster IQ Platform. You'll bridge the gap between our insurance partners, emergency responders, and our engineering team to build solutions that help communities recover faster from natural disasters.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for our Disaster IQ Platform
• Work directly with insurance companies and emergency responders to understand their needs
• Translate customer requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with our AI/ML team to prioritize features and model improvements
• Drive go-to-market strategy for new features and product releases
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the platform
• Manage stakeholder expectations across customers, engineering, and leadership
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the InsurTech and disaster response space

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 3-5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies
• Proven track record of shipping successful products from concept to launch
• Experience working with technical teams (AI/ML experience is a strong plus)
• Background in agile development and product discovery methodologies

Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them for non-technical audiences
• Strategic thinking balanced with execution excellence
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred:

• Experience in InsurTech, geospatial technology, or emergency response sectors
• Familiarity with computer vision, AI/ML products, or satellite imagery
• Background in enterprise software or platform products
• Technical degree or strong technical aptitude
