Posizione:
We are looking for a motivated UI Design Intern to join our team. The candidate will support the design team in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in UI design and work closely with experienced designers and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the design team in creating interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and software.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Create UI elements, including icons, buttons, and layouts.
- Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure consistency between design and implementation.
- Collect and incorporate feedback from senior designers or project managers.
- Maintain visual guidelines, including colors, typography, and component libraries.
- Support usability testing and optimize interfaces for accessibility and user experience.
- Master’s degree in Systemic Design, Service Design, Product Design, Advanced Design or related fields (current student or recent graduate).
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Strong attention to visual detail, including typography, color, and layout.
- Creative mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Portfolio demonstrating interface design and visual problem-solving skills will be considered a plus.
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Schedule: Full-time
- Start date: To be agreed based on candidate availability
- Work location: On-site, Reggio Emilia HQ
