We are scaling fast and need a crypto marketing leader who can hack growth, drive engagement, and make Swarp go viral worldwide.

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Growth Hacker to lead marketing, community building, and token launch campaigns. You will:

• Drive viral marketing campaigns across Twitter (X), Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Grow and engage crypto communities (users, traders, investors, and early adopters).
• Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, media outlets, and launchpads in crypto & fintech.
• Design and execute growth hacking strategies: airdrops, referral programs, ambassador programs, viral content.
• Maximize visibility during token pre-sale, IEO/IDO/ICO, and exchange listing.
• Report directly to the CEO with KPIs, analytics, and growth performance insights.

• Proven experience in crypto marketing, fintech growth, or token launches.
• Network with crypto influencers, exchanges, launchpads, and communities.
• Knowledge of growth hacking tools, analytics platforms, and Web3 trends.
• Creative mindset + fast execution.
• Fluent in English (Italian/French/Arabic is a plus).
