What You Will Do

  • Drive growth: Develop and execute strategies with mid and large-sized international clients, managing strategic accounts to increase revenue, expand into new markets, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Build trusted partnerships: Act as a strategic advisor to Shopify and other eCommerce sellers worldwide, understanding their business goals and helping them scale profitably.
  • Lead complex projects: Oversee large-scale integrations for our clients, global product launches, multi-market expansion, and tailored client solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams to deliver seamless solutions for our clients.
  • Shape processes: Identify and refine workflows to create a seamless client experience, driving stronger results.
  • Represent the company externally: Meet clients in person, attend key industry events, and strengthen strategic partnerships — including occasional trips to our other offices.
  • Track and improve performance: Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, monitor KPIs, and drive results through a consultative, solution-focused approach.

Experience

Preferred Background:

  • 5+ years in account management, preferably with B2B eCommerce clients.
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience specifically in print-on-demand, Shopify, or related SaaS/eCommerce environments.

Hard Skills

  • Strategic mindset: ability to manage complex, multi-market projects with multiple stakeholders 🧭
  • Growth-driven approach: proven success in driving client growth, launching new products, and expanding into new regions 📈
  • Proficiency in applying AI to optimize workflows, uncover insights, and drive business growth 🤖
  • Strong technical knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, and other eCommerce platforms 🛒
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); German language is a plus 🌍

Soft Skills

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills 🤝
  • Exceptional leadership and ownership skills — able to take initiative, inspire stakeholders, and confidently drive projects forward while staying closely engaged with key accounts💡
