HR Project Manager for work in the HR Department of Primekss Group companies
Your main tasks will be:
- Organize recruitment and onboarding processes for Primekss Group worldwide;
- Participate in employee development projects and initiatives, organize employee trainings (both internal and external);
- Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including recruitment, employee development, and training;
- Participate in organizing internal events that promote the development of company culture and traditions;
- Prepare various types of personnel reports;
- Prepare employment contracts, agreements, and other HR documentation as needed.
What we expect:
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR manager or HR specialist position;
- Higher education in business management, psychology, human resources, or economics;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to successfully cooperate with different departments and international teams;
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities;
- Very good Latvian and English language skills (both spoken and written) for working with international teams;
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire for professional growth in the HR field.
