Currently, we are supporting a strategic Accessibility program aimed at making card issuing and customer support services fully inclusive and easy to use for people with disabilities.


DO YOU HAVE…

πŸš€ 10+ years in business analysis, project management, or consulting.

πŸš€ Hands-on knowledge of WCAG 2.1+ and accessibility principles.

πŸš€ Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.

πŸš€ Strong stakeholder management β€” bridging business, UX, IT, and compliance.

πŸš€ Ability to turn accessibility gaps into clear user stories and requirements in Jira/Confluence.

πŸš€Experience in prioritization, backlog ownership, dependency management, and progress tracking.

πŸš€ Excellent communication and facilitation across business and technical teams.


NICE TO HAVE...

✨ Background in banking, payments, or card systems.

✨ Knowledge of regulatory compliance or risk management in digital channels.

✨ Experience with accessibility testing tools (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse).

✨ Familiarity with enterprise project governance models.

⭐ Salary for this position is up to 6,200 EUR gross per month in Lithuania or up to 45 EUR gross per hour for B2B contractors (depending on experience and expertise).
