- Launch, maintain, and monitor post-purchase flows across multiple products and funnels.
- Set up and track item IDs, ensuring correct configuration for fulfillment, pricing, and product availability.
- Perform QA checks to ensure flawless execution of post-purchase experiences.
- Monitor and analyze sales, revenue, and visitor data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Design, track, and evaluate A/B tests, calculate results, and share insights with the team.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and analysts to ensure smooth execution of workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within post-purchase flows.
- Support the team with data organization, reporting, and analytics.

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Technology, E-commerce, Front-end, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
- Interest in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) and post-purchase experience.
- Basic understanding of A/B testing, QA processes, and data analysis.
- Hands-on mindset: comfortable setting up and maintaining systems, not just visual management.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and spoken).
- Bonus points if you have experience in frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JS), analytics tools (Excel, GA4), or marketing technology.
