What You’ll Do:

• Maintain smooth operation of IT systems, including computers, hardware, user accounts, and daily tech processes;
• Provide support for IT-related issues (Microsoft 365, network, devices) and coordinate with external IT vendors;
• Implement or assist in automating processes using tools like Power Automate, n8n, or Zapier; suggest improvements for business workflows;
• Promote and support the effective use of Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Planner, and PowerApps;
• Document IT activities and prepare regular reports for the CTO.

Sounds interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Higher education in IT field;
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, IT administration, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Azure Active Directory, Intune, and other core components;
• Basic understanding of Cybersecurity principles and best practices;
• Experience in automation and willingness to learn automation tools like Power Automate or n8n, or previous experience with such platforms is a strong advantage;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Odoo ERP is a strong advantage;
• Strong English language skills;
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills mixed with the ability to communicate and assist end users and coordinate effectively with internal IT team, external IT service providers and business teams.

Salary

• 2500-3400 €/mon. gross. The salary range is negotiable and may vary based on your experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
