In-Flight Coordinator

Our team of industry executives and specialists is something that makes us extremely proud and self-confident. We are strengthening our team and looking for an In-flight Coordinator. 

 IN-FLIGHT COORDINATOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Coordination of full charter and ACMI projects;

• Continuously monitoring and improving the cabin services level as required;

• Communication and coordination directly with catering services providing companies to ensure mutual efficient agreements and fluent cooperation;

• Liaising closely with the Cabin Crew, ground staff, catering providers, and office team to ensure a smooth inflight service;

• Ordering all necessary service-related equipment for entering A/C;

• Plan buy on board or complimentary menu if needed;

• Presentation of in-flight results;

• Identifying and reporting any hazards, safety and security issues, mismatches in company procedures, and deviations from company procedures using an established company reporting system;

• Assisting colleagues in the GOPS department with other tasks.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control;

• Fluency in English – written and spoken;

• At least one year of aviation field experience;

• Effective communication and interpersonal control;

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
