We are seeking a Product Owner to join our growing product team. In this pivotal, hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with technical teams, product designers, and key stakeholders, taking full ownership of product functionality. From initial concept through successful launch and continuous optimization, you will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into actionable, scalable, and highly efficient solutions that drive our clients' success.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the entire product lifecycle, from meticulous definition and agile development to successful launch and ongoing evolution.
  • Partner closely with the Product Manager to deeply align on product vision and core functionalities, ensuring clear communication and consistent understanding throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to meticulously define product features based on profound customer needs, provide transparent progress updates, and effectively present impactful outcomes.
  • Master product backlog management: skillfully break down high-level features into detailed user stories and actionable tasks, define crystal-clear acceptance criteria, and prioritize effectively to maximize business value.
  • Provide unwavering support to development teams during iterations, clarifying requirements, proactively adjusting priorities, and removing impediments to optimize delivery.
  • Continuously monitor product progress at every stage, proactively identifying and strategically mitigating potential risks to ensure smooth execution.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of progressive experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a dynamic Agile environment.
  • Proven experience in B2B product management (e.g., CRM, BSS, OMS) is a significant advantage.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience applying Agile methodologies effectively.
  • Strong technical acumen: able to grasp complex high-level architecture and intricate technical concepts.
  • Previous experience within a software development company, ideally with a focus on web applications.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English and Russian (both spoken and written) .
  • Exceptional analytical and robust problem-solving capabilities, with an eye for both detail and the big picture.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and diplomatic skills, adept at navigating diverse stakeholder needs to drive optimal results.
  • Highly organized, pragmatic, and proactive by nature, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Proficient in planning and visualization techniques to articulate product direction clearly.
