In this role at Swedbank, you will have the opportunity to:

- A higher education or be a student in your final years (preferably in HR, Business, Psychology, or Data/Analytics-related fields).
- Have and build analytical and data interpretation skills with an ability to present findings in a clear, insightful way.
- Bring and strengthen collaboration and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Show good written communication skills; ability to simplify complex information.
- Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Ambition and eagerness to learn new things and continuously develop yourself.
- Interest or experience in HR analytics, data insights, and organizational development.
