Junior Specialist in HR

Are you passionate about data insights, human resources, and driving organizational development through meaningful analysis?

In this role at Swedbank, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work in an international environment with many skilled colleagues.
• Deliver data insights by analysing and preparing reports from HR-related fields (e.g., employees engagement survey, performance, etc.).
• Contribute to performance and behaviour improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HR team to prepare communication, presentations, and insights for managers.
• Support HR colleagues with administrative tasks.
  
  
  

What you need for this role:

• A higher education or be a student in your final years (preferably in HR, Business, Psychology, or Data/Analytics-related fields).
• Have and build analytical and data interpretation skills with an ability to present findings in a clear, insightful way.
• Bring and strengthen collaboration and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Show good written communication skills; ability to simplify complex information.
• Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English languages, both written and spoken.
• Ambition and eagerness to learn new things and continuously develop yourself.
• Interest or experience in HR analytics, data insights, and organizational development.
