Are you passionate about cars, market strategy, and launching innovative products? Dacia Netherlands is looking for a Product Manager for a 1 year contract (with possibility to permanent) to lead the introduction and lifecycle of our passenger car models in the Netherlands.

As Product Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring these values are reflected in every model we bring to market—and in every customer experience we deliver.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, launch and manage life cycle of new vehicle models aligned with market trends and Dacia business strategy.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics to ensure successful product rollouts.
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to optimize pricing and positioning.
- Support marketing and training teams with product content and materials.
- Represent Dacia at internal and external events, including press launches.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree (HBO level) and strong analytical skills.
- Affinity with the automotive sector and customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.

- Salary range EUR60,000 - EUR65,000.00 per year (incl. 13th month & holiday pay)
- Variable Bonus 5% of annual salary

- Vacation 20 days legal, 5 days extralegal and 6.5 recovery days (ADV dagen)
