We’re hiring a Visual Design Intern to bring Telosa to life across product, brand, and marketing. You’ll work directly in Figma on UI/UX for our web app, design marketing assets, and use After Effects and the latest AI tools to create animations and explainer videos. From product interfaces to social campaigns, your work will shape how Telosa looks and feels to the world.

At the heart of the role: making complex ideas simple, beautiful, and engaging through design and motion.

• Create UX/UI designs in Figma for our web app and landing pages.
• Design and animate explainer videos, product demos, and promotional content using After Effects and AI video tools.
• Develop marketing assets: social media visuals, pitch decks, event flyers, and more.
• Work with founders to translate product ideas into crisp, usable interfaces.
• Experiment with AI design tools (for imagery, video, prototyping) to push creative boundaries.
• Keep the visual identity of Telosa consistent and evolving across touchpoints.
  

• Based in Amsterdam, available onsite 5 days/week.
• Strong design portfolio (can be student work, side projects, or freelance).
• Skilled in Figma (UI/UX design).
• Comfortable with After Effects or similar motion/animation tools.
• Curiosity and excitement to work with AI design tools.
• High energy, hands-on, and ready to iterate fast.
  

• Experience creating short-form video content for social channels.
• Knowledge of web design systems and responsive design.
• Motion design experience for brand/product storytelling.
• Side projects or startup experience.
