What is the position about?

In this position, you’ll be able to integrate a team that is building the next-gen product to deliver analytical solutions to clients across several types of industries/sectors and you’ll have a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications. 

What will you be doing in your day-to-day?

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of next-gen web applications that deliver AI solutions across various industries

• Actively participate in the software development lifecycle, with an emphasis on improving UI/UX

• Collaborate with teams and clients to define project goals and contribute to brainstorming innovative solutions that enhance user experience and support analytical solutions

• Write and maintain documentation

What are we looking for?

• A degree in Design, Informatics, or a related field

• Expertise in Figma for effective collaboration and translating design ideas into functional solutions

• A strong passion for designing impactful web and mobile interfaces, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and technical expertise.

• Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices

• At least two years of experience in UI/UX design or similar roles

• A growth-oriented individual eager to embrace new challenges and contribute to LTPlabs' mission of empowering decisions with AI and Advanced Analytics

• A team player who enjoys collaborating in a dynamic environment and values the input of others

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or react

• Familiarity with Design Thinking

• Experience using tools like Visual Studio Code and version control systems like GIT
