π Your team: You will be part of a team of 12 (1 UX Manager, 1 Design Lead, 4 UX Designers, 5 developers and YOU!) plus small cross-functional teams, and a wider group of UX designers.

What will you do:
As a UX Designer in the Design System team, you will drive the creation and evolution of components, patterns, and guidelines that empower product teams across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and maintaining scalable UI components and patterns in Figma.
- Partnering with developers to ensure seamless implementation of tokens, components, and guidelines.
- Defining user experience flows, detailed UI layouts, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Documenting design decisions and creating clear specifications for system usage.
- Contributing to product concepts and user stories, ensuring consistency across products.
- Advocating for accessibility, inclusivity, and best practices across all platforms.
What Youβll Bring:
- Proficiency in Figma, with experience creating and managing design system libraries.
- Familiarity with system thinking: ability to break down problems into reusable solutions.
- Some technical literacy (basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS or Git workflows is a plus).
- Knowledge of technical constraints and guidelines as they apply to designing for digital platforms, including web, iOS, and Android
- Experience collaborating with developers and contributing to handoff processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, think critically, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid grasp of interactive elements, micro-interactions, and animations.
- Understanding of the full UX lifecycle, with a track record of designing scalable apps and products.
- A deep passion for design systems, digital product development, and continuous improvement.
