This opportunity sits within our Taste business unit where we craft unique, technology-enabled flavor designs that define the identity of food and beverage brands, shape trends in flavor building and fuel market success

We are currently seeking a Global Digital Project Manager in Slovenia in an agile/ hybrid capacity.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Intelligence & Digital Transformation projects.
• Define project scopes, milestones, and success metrics in partnership with business and digital stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Business Project Teams, Digital Teams, and DTS (Digital Technology Solutions) to ensure successful roadmap execution, leveraging your content expertise.
• Manage stakeholder communications, change management processes, and adoption strategies.
• Monitor project and task progress, address risks and dependencies, and allocate resources effectively.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Identify and remove obstacles to ensure seamless project delivery and optimal team productivity.
  
  

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within an Operational or Product Development environment.
• Proficiency with established project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-regional projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, MS Planner, Jira).
• Excellent facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, will help you succeed in this role.
  
  

How Would You Stand Out?

• Certifications such as PMP, AgilePM, or PRINCE2.
• Familiarity with Product Development workflows within the Taste business.
• Background in Chemistry.
