We are looking for a Junior Developer to join the DPS team. The ideal candidate will have a technical foundation, strong motivation to grow, and a passion for learning. You will join a long-term professional development program focused on software engineering, quality control systems, and industrial process integration.
DPS is a next-generation quality control and MES-integrated platform, deployed across Azure Cloud environments and developed using a modular, event-driven architecture.
As a Junior Developer, you will receive continuous mentoring and hands-on experience, gradually building responsibility and exposure to modern tools and practices used in real enterprise applications.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Collaborate with development teams in the design and implementation of backend and frontend solutions.
- Contribute to the development of cloud-native applications using Azure and .NET technologies.
- Support the evolution of the DPS platform through features involving C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions to ensure quality and shared knowledge.
- Follow a personalized learning roadmap and gradually take ownership of deliverables.
- Support the integration of various industrial systems using Event-Driven Architecture.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and propose software solutions.
- Follow best practices in version control, testing, and documentation.
- Commit to long-term growth into technical or functional specializations (e.g. software development, business analysis, technical support, QA automation, DevOps).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming in C#, Java, C++, or Python.
- Motivation to learn and improve continuously, both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate.
- Intermediate or higher level of technical English.
- Availability to commit to a structured training and development plan over 12–24 months.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies: Azure Cloud Platform, .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus.
- Participation in academic or personal projects (e.g. GitHub portfolio).
- Certifications or relevant training in software development or cloud services.
