Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system performance and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to support our AWS transformation
- Participate in technical discussions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to architectural decisions
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting languages
- Document solutions and share knowledge across the team to foster continuous improvement
- 5+ years of experience working with Linux systems and cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, IAM, S3, EKS) and Kubernetes (Helm, RBAC, Operators)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows and tools like ArgoCD and GitLab
- Experience with Terraform, Vault, and monitoring/logging platforms
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a distributed, multicultural environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security
- Openness to feedback and a desire to grow technically and professionally
- AWS certifications (e.g., DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect)
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Contributions to open-source projects or DevOps communities
