About the Role


Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to join our team. In this role, you'll take ownership of essential human resources functions while also supporting administrative tasks when necessary. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys a broad range of responsibilities.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit
  • Handling employee absences and time tracking systems
  • Overseeing tasks related to social insurance and labor compliance
  • Workforce planning in coordination with department leads
  • Leading recruitment efforts independently
  • Organizing and conducting employee performance reviews and check-ins
  • Coordinating training and development programs
  • Assisting with administrative functions as needed
  • Performing general organizational and administrative tasks


Your Profile

  • Completed commercial education with additional qualifications in Human Resources (e.g., HR certification or equivalent)
  • Several years of practical HR experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized organization
  • Strong understanding of employment law and social insurance processes
  • Reliable, well-organized, and capable of working independently
  • High level of discretion, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills
