We are looking for a Junior Associate / Associate level Data Analyst to take full ownership of our CRM and analytics data and help the business scale.

Your Mission

As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Own and maintain data quality across our CRM (Bullhorn), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and reliability.
• Audit deals and operational data across all entities of the group to detect risks, anomalies, or inconsistencies.
• Manage Bullhorn Analytics dashboards and reports; optimize processes for better visibility and insights.
• Obtain, rigorously manage, and analyze operational and financial information to objectively report on business performance.
• Identify and understand anomalies affecting CRM data quality; act as the main point of contact for sales teams on these issues.
• Implement corrective solutions using available tools and suggest process improvements (e.g., commission calculations, internal billing, tracking KPIs).
• Create and maintain KPIs and metrics to track team performance and business health.
• Design dashboards and automated reports to support business leaders and decision-making.

Your profile? 🤩

• Training or education in Data Analysis, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Initial experience, even as an intern, using CRM data, reporting or BI tools.
• Knowledge of Bullhorn Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
• High level Excel skills is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude.
• Analytical and structured mindset with strong comfort working with numbers and data.
• Decisive, able to make timely decisions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Problem solver with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
• Desire to learn, proactively contribute to the environment.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage tasks effectively.
• English, French and Spanish - high level of communication.
