We’re looking for a Developer Advocate for our client in Sweden!
The role offers flexibility on remote working but candidates must be based in Sweden already and able to travel to Stockholm and Gothenburg.
The role
You'll be working with a highly ambitious start-up and play a key role in making our client's platform a joy to use for developers. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and community building the tools, resources, and guidance that help external developers integrate quickly and effectively. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape the developer journey from day one: building SDKs, improving documentation, designing onboarding flows, and creating the kind of developer experience you’d want for yourself.
If you’re a strong engineer who also enjoys writing, teaching, and championing great developer experiences, this is a rare opportunity to make a huge impact in an early-stage, high-growth product environment.
What You’ll Do:-
- Build & maintain developer tools such as SDKs, CLIs, libraries, and sample applications.
- Create high-quality documentation & guides to simplify onboarding and integrations.
- Engage with external developers to gather feedback, provide support, and advocate for their needs.
- Shape the foundation of developer experience as the first hire in this space, setting standards and best practices for the future.
Requirements:-
- Strong software engineering experience (backend or fullstack).
- Proven ability to design and build developer-facing tools (SDKs, APIs, CLIs).
- Experience in Developer Relations, Advocacy, or building technical communities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly in writing and code.
- Comfortable in an early-stage start-up environment.
What's on offer:-
- Competitive comp and equity package.
- Shape the developer experience strategy from the ground up in a fast-scaling company where you’ll have both autonomy and influence.
- Work in a collaborative, innovative, and developer-first environment.
