Project Manager - Marketing Transformation
Background
Our client is running a global Omnichannel Marketing Transformation Program to modernize marketing technology and operations across global and local markets.
We are looking for a MarTech Workstream Lead to drive the implementation roadmap, ensure alignment between marketing technology and business strategy, and lead delivery across multiple solution tracks.
Scope of Services
- Lead the MarTech implementation roadmap across global and local teams
- Coordinate sourcing, configuration, and rollout of key MarTech and data solutions
- Ensure alignment between MarTech capabilities and business objectives
- Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate with program leadership and other workstreams
Key Requirements
- Project management experience in large transformation programs
- Proven experience leading MarTech projects in global organizations
- Hands-on knowledge of MarTech platforms (CDP, campaign orchestration, attribution, media planning, analytics)
- Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, and governance in marketing
- Experience in vendor sourcing and agile delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
