Business Analyst & must have experience with anyone of the following domain:
1) Payments
2) Credit Risk & Compliance
3) Core Banking & Lending or Mortgages
4) Digital Banking
Mandatory- Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch required.
- Proven track record in at minimum two domain related projects preferably in:
- Digital Transformation
- Data Estate Modernization / Migration to the Cloud
- Advanced Analytics / AI
Acted as a BA; Customer Journey Expert; Feature Engineer; Product Owner; Solution Architect; or similar. Skilled at at least one of the following:
- (Architectural) Solution design
- E2E business or functional process design
- Customer Journey design
- Managing product backlogs and prioritization and managing product roadmap
- Creating business cases and present them to management
- Several years of experience in Banking/Financial Services, either employed by a Financial Services organization or deployed as a consultant.
- Skilled at requirements elicitation and management (including ensuring E2E traceability)
- Skilled at analysis techniques, with a proven track record of analysis of the transition from AS-IS to TO-BE
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, artificial intelligence, business administration, economics or econometry.
- Relevant supplementary technology-oriented and personal development training preferably with certificates.
- Experience in working agile (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Lean)
- Experience in market research
- Experience in a consultant role (or at least evidence of affinity with a consultancy role)
- Team player, working together with colleagues and support them in their development by giving constructive feedback.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholder from Business and IT divisions (experience in working with cross-functional, multi-cultural, geographically distributed teams)
- Pre-sales/Sales support experience, spotting new business opportunities at your customers
- Onshore, offshore, nearshore, landed
- Willingness to work abroad
