- Lead and grow a high-performing AI & Analytics unit (60+ employees), cross Sweden, with a strong focus on innovation and delivery.
- Lead a strong team of People Managers in each location responsible for unit consultants.
- Drive business expansion through new opportunities, own client engagement and dialogues.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a talented team of professionals – ensuring engagement, growth, and excellence.
- Act as a trusted partner in client discussions, turning challenges into actionable, data-driven solutions.
- Proven leadership experience in AI, analytics, or data-driven organizations.
- Strong track record of business development and growth.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead client dialogues.
- A true people leader who empowers, motivates, and develops teams.
