About the role

Head of Data & Analytics, you will lead a central function within the organization, reporting directly to the CTO and collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success. You will define and execute the company’s data strategy, ensuring that insights, data-driven products, and infrastructure align with the broader business vision. You will also engage with partners and customers to incorporate feedback into product development, creating solutions that deliver real value.

You’ll oversee a highly skilled team of data scientists and data engineers, guiding them in building innovative products powered by machine learning and advanced analytics. At the same time, you will take a hands-on role in technical challenges, helping bring new ideas to life while balancing strategic leadership with practical contribution.

Beyond product innovation, your team is responsible for the data infrastructure and business intelligence that powers critical business decisions. From delivering reliable KPIs and growth models to building scalable infrastructure and integrations, your leadership will ensure MedHelp Care has the insights and foundation to grow successfully.

What you’ll do

• Lead, manage, and grow the Data & Analytics team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Define and execute the company’s data strategy, covering infrastructure, analytics, machine learning, and BI.
• Drive product strategies by leveraging data to shape new products and features.
• Collaborate with partners and customers to deliver data-driven value.
• Contribute hands-on to technical challenges across data engineering, analytics, and pipelines.
• Own the business intelligence function, ensuring internal stakeholders have the insights needed for decision-making.
• Report directly to the CTO and work closely with leadership across the company.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading data and/or analytics teams, ideally in a start-up or fast-scaling environment.
• Strong background in data engineering, data science, or analytics, with the ability to contribute technically.
• Experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Python, dbt, Airflow, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).
• Strong stakeholder management skills — able to translate between technical and business needs.
• Experience with business intelligence, KPI reporting, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with customers or partners is a plus.
