Responsibilities

• Drive and code on assigned project
• Participate in requirements analysis, business process modeling, usability and security analysis for development projects
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders in the implementations of new applications and features
• Apply industry best-practices regarding test-driven development, emerging technologies, risk mitigation, and continuity planning
• Code development and code review

Requirements

• Strong commercial software development experience building large web applications.

• Strong experience with Cloud (GCP or AWS)

• Strong experience with modern DevOps practices and approaches

• Strong experience with Kubernetes

• Strong experience with Golang (preferably) or any other modern programming language for backend

• Strong (and modern) software engineering background

• Experience in architecting of distributed systems

• Fundamental understanding of the principles of Agile and Lean development

• Delivery mindset and Product mindset

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, whether to the engineering team, to business stakeholders or to our leadership team

• Proven experience of creating a forward-thinking technology culture
