The Opportunity:
As a Creative Developer, you bring ideas to life. Working as part of the Creative Technology team, you prototype tools, build experimental features, and help structure new workflows that bridge creativity and technology. You're fluent in code and adept at integrating LLMs into creative processes. Your work is light, fast, and collaborative—designed to test ideas, validate value, and scale what works. You’re a flexible, design-aware builder who thrives in experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly prototype tools, plugins, and interfaces to test creative ideas and workflows.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and technologists to bring concepts into working proof-of-concepts.
- Build modular, reusable code that can scale if experiments are successful.
- Integrate LLMs into creative workflows, leveraging APIs and fine-tuning models for specific tasks.
- Stay current on APIs, frameworks, and emerging creative development trends (e.g., WebGL, Figma plugins, AI APIs).
- Develop lightweight internal tools or workflows to support creative efficiency.
- Debug, test, and document experimental builds for further development.
Required Skills:
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript is essential for integrating LLMs and developing creative tools.
- LLM Integration: Experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deploying models using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers.
- Frameworks and Tools: Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other machine learning libraries.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Design Awareness: Understanding of design principles to ensure seamless integration of technology and creativity.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Enjoy learning new languages, frameworks, and platforms quickly.
- Think visually and understand design basics (spacing, hierarchy, UX).
- Are pragmatic—comfortable building quick, scrappy prototypes before scaling.
- Are a team player who loves pairing with creatives, not working in isolation.
What we can offer you:
- Full time job contract with an attractive compensation package
- Flexible benefits package which you can tailor to your needs (e.g. private health care, insurance, sport card, lunch card, gift card, saving plan, pension plan)
- Opportunity for professional growth in a stable, global company
- Access to mentoring and training programs
- Inclusive culture with Employee Resources Groups and CSR activities
- Working in diverse and dynamic teams, friendly and flexible workplace that promotes work-life balance
- A range of digital collaboration and online communication tools to support effective team work
- Various social initiatives and learning opportunities adapted for virtual settings
- Fresh fruit, beverages and snacks while working in our modern office near the city center.
