What Responsibilities Lead Backend Developer Takes?

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and reliable software architectures.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; perform code reviews and optimize performance.
• Ensure project code quality and compliance with coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects and delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, provide effective solutions, and lead the team in resolving them.
• Mentor and guide less experienced developers.
• Support both new and existing solutions, ensuring their stability and reliability.
• Research emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to enhance the existing landscape.

What BtcTurk | Teknoloji Expects from You?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong experience with .NET technologies (Framework, Core, C#, Entity Framework, EF Core), architectural patterns such as RESTful, Microservices, and Event-Driven, as well as Unit Testing, relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL), and messaging/search technologies including RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Elasticsearch
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile practices (DevOps, CI/CD, Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with containerization and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure) is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
