Our client is a chemical manufacturing business that is building a next-generation ERP platform powered by Artificial Intelligence and ChatGPT integrations. They are looking for a Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Ajman, UAE and take ownership of building the system from scratch, leading a small team, and delivering scalable, secure solutions.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating scalable solutions, leading a small team of developers, and staying up to date with the latest technologies in Al and ChatGPT integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a modern ERP system architecture (multi-company setup).
• Lead a small team of developers and oversee backend and frontend development.
• Build scalable APIs for integration with third-party platforms.
• Ensure high code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation.
• Research and integrate Al/ChatGPT-based solutions into system workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain awareness of modern development trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in backend and frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of at least one modern backend framework (e.g., Laravel, Node.js/NestJS, Django, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Next.js).
• Solid experience in API development and integrations.
• Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and system design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
• Interest or experience in Al tools, ChatGPT integration, and automation.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, RBAC, encryption).
• Hands-on with modern analytics or reporting tools.
