Tech Lead / Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role:

We’re building a high-performance tech team at ZAF Digital to drive innovation across multiple ventures, including ARC (a precision wellness & longevity ecosystem). As Tech Lead, you’ll architect, build, and scale applications ranging from health-tech platforms to AI-driven digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

·      Architect scalable systems across multiple domains (health, AI, marketplaces, automation).

·      Develop full-stack features (React/Next.js, FastAPI/NestJS, PostgreSQL).

·      Integrate payments, booking flows, and third-party APIs.

·      Work with AI/ML engineers to integrate recommendation engines and chatbots.

·      Set up DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and security baselines for multi-project infra.

·      Mentor junior engineers as the team grows.

Core Competencies:

·      Proven ability to build MVPs at speed.

·      Experience with both consumer-facing and enterprise applications.

·      Strong grasp of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure).

·      Security-first mindset.

ARC-Specific Edge:

·      Ability to design a community + marketplace + gamification system.

·      Experience integrating wearables or health APIs is a strong plus.
