As an ITSM Engineer, you will leverage best practices and industry standards to manage various IT service management activities. A collaborative spirit is essential as you will work closely with IT support teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of IT services into business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust ITSM frameworks conducive to operational excellence
- Oversee key IT Service Management processes including incident, problem, and change management
- Work with diverse teams to assess and enhance IT service delivery effectiveness
- Analyze service performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Provide expert guidance and training on ITSM tools and processes
- Ensure all ITSM documentation is up-to-date and reflects current practices and policies
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT service management roles
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in IT service delivery
- Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
- Proven ability to develop concise documentation and reports
- Status of certifications such as ITIL v3 or higher is advantageous
- Project management skills are a plus
