We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner/Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of a next-generation sovereign AI infrastructure platform. This individual will operate at the intersection of product innovation, technical enablement, and business value realization, driving differentiated solutions in AI and ML infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring deep product management expertise, strong technical acumen in AI/ML platforms, and a consulting mindset to navigate client expectations, market demands, and enterprise delivery dynamics.

Requirements

  • Define, validate, and prioritize product requirements for the sovereign AI platform in alignment with market intelligence, client needs, and strategic business goals.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, feature release plans, and long-term product vision with clearly defined milestones.
  • Translate complex business and user requirements into actionable epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature definitions.
  • Use Notion as the central platform for project documentation, task planning, meeting notes, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure product scalability, technical soundness, and timely delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional squads through the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and post-deployment optimization.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, usage analytics, and performance metrics to measure product adoption, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform platform evolution and positioning within the AI/ML infrastructure space.
  • Own and facilitate internal and external stakeholder communications, ensuring aligned expectations, transparency, and engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Champion innovation, scalability, security, and sustainability in AI infrastructure design, including considerations for GPU resources, energy usage, and cloud/data sovereignty.

Role Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years focused on AI/ML platforms, infrastructure products, or enterprise data solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles for complex, technically sophisticated platforms.
  • Deep understanding of ML workflows, enterprise software development, GPU-based compute (A100/H100/H200), and cloud-native AI infrastructure across Azure, GCP, and AWS.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize requirements through client workshops, technical discovery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and iterative product delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface effectively across executive, business, and technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Project Management Tools: Azure DevOps Boards, Miro, Jira, Confluence
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Notion, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Slack
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel
  • Allied Skills: AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud infrastructure services (Azure, AWS, GCP), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and API design principles (RESTful, GraphQL).
