Role Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive product strategy, planning, and execution for cutting-edge digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring product roadmaps align with business goals while collaborating across engineering, design, and compliance. This role requires experience in highly regulated environments such as payments, identity/KYC, tokenization, or capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product planning, roadmap development, and backlog prioritization
• Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage agile sprint cycles
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, and compliance teams to deliver on product objectives
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure business and technical alignment throughout the product lifecycle
• Track, report, and analyze MVP/Beta KPIs and success metrics to guide product iteration and scaling
• Provide insights into regulatory and compliance considerations within fintech and blockchain solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital platforms, ideally within fintech or blockchain
• Proven expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and running agile sprint cycles
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex product initiatives
• Familiarity with regulated systems such as payments, identity/KYC, tokenization, or capital markets
• Experience defining and tracking success metrics to measure product outcomes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
