We’re now looking for a new team member to join our Yara Brand Studio.
The Yara Brand Studio works as an in-house agency that supports the entire Yara business. The team is part of the Brand & Corporate Positioning Team; a diverse and highly collaborative team committed to creating informed and impactful branded communications and engagement activities in support of Yara’s mission, vision and corporate strategy. We develop powerful and creative solutions to ensure effective development and deployment of the Yara Brand across the world.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Yara's visual identity with multiple stakeholders to build awareness and equity for the Yara brand, its products and services globally and in alignment with business strategy.
- Manage Yara's Brand Platform and lead its design evolution through effective implementation of Yara's design system across all touchpoints.
- Develop and produce creative designs for the visual presentation of assets and all aspects of the Company’s image.
- Develop designs for digital, social media, web, digital apps, print, events, advertising, packaging, office branding, templates, brochures, reports etc.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to regions, external design agencies and partners when developing videos, commercials, and other materials.
- Budget and timeline management for dedicated projects.
- Has a degree in graphic design or a related field. Relevant and demonstrated experience can compensate for the lack of formal education.
- Has 7-10 years design experience within an agency or related industry.
- Has strong knowledge and extensive experience in both graphic and digital design.
- Can successfully balance brand and creative strategy with operational execution, leveraging stakeholder and audience insights to build impactful creative assets
- Has solid experience in brand, graphic, and design fundamentals, with proficiency in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design tools.
- Is well-versed in industry trends, digital touchpoints, and capable of tackling diverse content types such as digital, print, packaging, video, and photography.
- Has strong interpersonal skills, proven track record of collaboration, and ability to build trust and work closely with stakeholders across the company.
- Is attentive to detail with creative ability.
- Is a self-starter with drive, enthusiasm, and problem-solving ability, capable of managing diverse workloads, prioritizing effectively, and adjusting course as needed.
- Has experience operating at both strategic and executional levels, with preferred background in global or multi-market responsibilities.
It is essential that you both speak and write English professionally. Strong Norwegian communication skills preferred.
The position is based at Yara Headquarters at Drammensveien 131 in Oslo.
Some infrequent travel may be required.
