The Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with experience in mobile development who enjoys building, problem-solving, and bringing creative ideas to life. This is a role where you’ll have room to grow, learn, and make an impact. In this role, you will:


  • Build MVPs for new product concepts and turn them into commercial solutions.
  • Improve and maintain existing products trusted by tourism operators worldwide.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and create user-centered solutions.

  • Bring your curiosity and ideas as well as your code, here your contributions are seen, valued, and make a direct impact on our products and customers.


What You’ll Do


  • Rapidly prototype new concepts, validate them with users, and evolve them into market-ready solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and solve challenges, from fixing bugs to integrating new features and optimizing performance.
  • Collaborate with customers and teammates to turn requirements into clean, functional, and scalable code.
  • Contribute to UI/UX design by creating intuitive, user-friendly mobile experiences.
  • Manage DevOps workflows, from deploying apps to maintaining services in AWS, Cloudflare, and Docker.
  • Work with relational databases such as Postgres to manage and optimize data.
  • Contribute to REST API design and development to power product functionality.


What We’re Looking For


  • Proven experience as a full-stack developer, with mobile development experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with customers and teammates.
  • Experience with Flutter, but also adaptable and eager to pick up new technologies.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable problem-solver who loves to learn independently.
  • Strong foundation in SQL; Postgres experience is a plus.
  • A teammate who thrives in an engaged, collaborative environment.
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
  • Enthusiasm for working on new product concepts and adapting to evolving requirements and customer needs.
  • Experience hosting and deploying mobile apps.
  • A strong eye for UI/UX design.


Education

A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred, but we value experience and capability over credentials.
