Business Development Manager

Responsibility:

• Identify and build relationships with local crypto KOLs/Influencers/communities/marketing channels and other potential partners for user and trading volume growth.
• Plan and execute suitable marketing campaigns and AMAs with operation teams to increase user engagement , trading volume and local branding-Maintain existing channel /KOL relationships and ensure sound communication between both parties based on business progress
• Monitor industry trends and delivery the feedbacks from the market to product side for further improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, crypto exchange BD experience and futures trading BD is mostly preferred.
• Fluent in English to communicate with local counterparts, Mandarin speaker is a plus
• Understand local cryptocurrency policies and trends-Having crypto derivatives channels/KOL resources in crypto industry are preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills, strong logical thinking, sense of responsibility, and can work under pressure.
