The Chief of Staff would report into YouTrip's Co-Founder & CEO, and get a first hand in bringing key corporate strategies and marketing expansion plans to fruition.

You Will

  • Partner with the CEO & management team to translate company vision into actionable priorities
  • Lead critical projects (e.g., new market entry, regulatory audits, launching new). to support YouTrip's growth
  • Drive alignment across Product, Tech, Compliance, and Commercial teams
  • Staying abreast of regulatory requirements in the region and identifying business development opportunities


Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of experience in a  consulting firm as well as experience as an operator in a high-growth organization
  • Track record of working closely with C-level executivesin a strategic or operational capacity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences
  • Currently based in Singapore and familiar with the SEA business landscape
